Customer/service journey panels
A journey map: stages across the top, touchpoints and experience below.
panels.basic@1New DDN source
Why use it?
The map makes the worst moment findable instead of average-scored away.
When it helps
Service design and customer-experience reviews.
How to read it
- Read stage by stage: what the customer does, feels and hits.
- The dip in the curve is a named moment, not a mood.
What you need
- The stages
- Touchpoints per stage
- The experience notes
Things to check
- Do not average the curve — it hides the moment that loses the customer.
- Do not map the company's process instead of the customer's journey.
Scope of this diagram
Declared journey content; no measurement pipeline is attached.
